Review Of Geico Customer Service
Geico Car Insurance has been good to us.
We have been with Geico Insurance for 4 years and have had a wonderful experience. Our rates are low, and when I have questions, the Geico customer service representatives are knowledgeable and helpful.
I haven't had to make a claim yet, knocks wood, but having reviewed how it would be done with Geico insurance online, it looks much simpler than with our old car insurance company.
Hopefully, I'll never have to put that side of the company to the test!

Most insurance companies do handle the customer inquiries, etc., fairly well. Having said that, we do get customer reviews of various companies who seem to be dropping the ball on even the simplest aspects of customer service these days.
Of course, the real test is when it comes to handling accident claims. Whether you are insured by a company or have run-in with someone who is insured by a particular company, you should always expect to be treated fairly and receive adequate compensation.
I knock wood for you too, that you'll never have to file a claim with Geico. :-) If the worst should occur, and the dreaded happens, I hope they will rise to the challenge and treat you well then, too.Safe Driving!
