Taken the day I returned home from the hospital.
I am very pleased with USAA auto insurance. My car was stolen 7/18/08 and everyone at USAA were genuinely concerned about me and how I was doing. (I was injured during the event).
Each USAA adjuster provided timely phone calls, information and responses to my claims. The financial coverage was beyond what I expected and has insured my recovery is free from concerns about finances.
I will be eternally grateful that I have stayed with the USAA company since I joined as a young Army Nurse in 1973 or 1974.

I pray that the Lord is allowing you to heal both physically and emotionally from the theft and the trauma that was involved.
It's great to know that USAA treated you so well. You've got yourself a good history with them, so of course they should have done right by you. Still, that doesn't always matter in some cases, sad to say, but I'm pleased that you received the best treatment possible.
It's amazing that you've been with the same car insurance company for over 35 years, but I can certainly understand why.
For those that aren't familiar with the United Services Automobile Association (USAA), it's an exclusive company that only provides insurance and other services to members of the armed services in the US and their family members. That's why Bonnie mentioned that she first signed up with them as an army nurse.
