Taken the day I returned home from the hospital.

I am very pleased with USAA auto insurance. My car was stolen 7/18/08 and everyone at USAA were genuinely concerned about me and how I was doing. (I was injured during the event).

Each adjuster provided timely phone calls, information and responses to my claims. The financial coverage was beyond what I expected and has insured my recovery is free from concerns about finances.

I will be eternally grateful that I have stayed with the USAA company since I joined as a young Army Nurse in 1973 or 1974.

Thank you to the number one company for auto insurance in the US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much for sharing your story with us and the photo of your injuries. I am so sorry that you had to go through such a terrifying experience.

I pray that the Lord is allowing you to heal both physically and emotionally from the theft.

It's great to know that USAA treated you so well. You've got yourself a good history with them, so of course they should have done right by you. Still, that doesn't always matter.
