USAA Auto Insurance Information

Just wanted to share this USAA Auto Insurance Information:


I've been a customer of USAA Auto Insurance for over 4 years and I've been really happy with the price and customer service that they provide.


I've only had one accident during my time with USAA - there was only minor front end damage, so the car was still drive-able.


I had to take the car into one of their USAA offices. They don't have field visits like Progressive (my previous insurance company), but the visit was quick and easy.


They had my rental car ready and had the repairs finished within 48 hours. This is a lot quicker than you can get from most companies, so I was impressed.


The prices for car insurance premiums at USAA are extremely competitive, but you need to know that only active or retired members of the United States Military and their families can quality for USAA coverage.


Absolutely no complaints.

It sounds like USAA is on the ball as far as their customer service is concerned. It definitely is impressive that you were able to get your car repaired quickly and without any hassle at all.


I think one of the most important or significant things you mentioned about USAA Automobile Insurance is that it's only available to those in the military or with family ties to the military.


Some people may automatically assume that they don't qualify because they aren't personally in the military, but it's a pretty good idea to check into USAA regardless. You might be surprised to find that you DO have a family relation in the service and you can become a customer due to their association.
