Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance

I have been with Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance Company for 22 years, my husband even longer.

We have our home, 2 cars with full coverage and 1 with liability only. We have had 2 vehicle claims with no one else involved and 2 vandalism claims.

Only once have we filed a claim on our home, in which a small fire broke out. With the house claim, an adjuster didn't even come to investigate, we took a picture submitted it with our estimate with no questions asked.

On the vehicle claims, we called our agent at our local office to report the accident, took the vehicles to a Farm Bureau approved provider, paid our $500 deductible on the accidents, and no deductible for the vandalism.

Not once was our claims questioned, the claims were paid promptly, and our rates have not increased due to any of the claims.

We haven't considered changing insurance companies and we recommend them often to friends and family.

We have never encountered anything negative and we receive the best rates than all others we have investigated with the coverage we carry. We rate Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance Company 10 out of 10!

Thanks so much for the glowing review for Farm Bureau Insurance Tennessee. I know I've delayed posting your story for far too long (been traveling overseas and just got to it).

I've heard some good reviews for Farm Bureau Ins. over the years, but the TN Farm Bureau Insurance team must be really on the ball. It's very refreshing to hear how well they have treated you over the course of your time with them, claims and all.

I think you'd make a good Farm Bureau spokesman if they wanted to put you in a commercial. You'd have a believable story to tell. ;-)
