Last year I had to file a claim which I was surprised by the way they handled it. I mean the customer service was fantastic and they were really fast on getting me going and doing the paperwork. But they raised my rate a little bit which is understanding since the accident was my fault any way. Overall, I would not have any problem recommending State Farm Insurance Company to my friends and family. Hi Saeed, Glad to hear you've had a good experience with State Farm St. Louis. I often think that our personal experiences with the same insurance company can vary because of the individual agents and insurance branches we have to deal with as opposed to the company as a whole.
