I have been with State Farm Canada for over 3 years now. I still am with them.


So far, I have only had to file one State Farm claim. That was when my car was stolen. The State Farm claim office had me in a rental the next morning. I was impressed by that.


When my car was finally found, it was checked over and in the shop asap. They were very helpful and worked quickly to get it fixed up and back on the road.


It has been a good experience for me with State Farm Insurance Canada, and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering going with them for their car insurance coverage.

Thanks for giving us your insurance review for State Farm Canada. We're glad to give people a place to air their grievances when they feel they've been mistreated by an insurance company, but I have to admit that I really enjoy the stories when people tell about their positive experiences best.


State Farm is probably the largest insurance provider in the US and Canada. It's nice to know that they haven't become complaisant by their #1 status, but are still offering good service to their customers.


I've never had my car stolen outright before (although it was vandalized severely one night), but I imagine it must have been a very stressful situation. I'm glad you were able to recover it. I hope it was without too much personal loss.


It really is pretty impressive that you were given your rental car so quickly so that you wouldn't have to miss work or taking care of other responsibilities. THAT'S what insurance is for!


Thanks again for taking the time to tell us about your State Farm experience. Sure hope you have plenty more years of good experiences and great service from State Farm, not to mention no more car thefts and definitely no accidents!
