Progressive Insurance Co

I have my auto insurance with the Progressive Insurance Co. So far, I really like the Progressive car insurance company.


Thankfully, I have not been in an accident, so I haven't been able to fully see first hand the coverage and the Progressive insurance claim processing time.


It would be great if I never have to experience an accident and can remain blissfully ignorant in that regard! :)


At the time of this writing, I have been with Progressive for about 3 years now and consider myself to be a happy customer.


I do know that whenever I call in to the Progressive customer service department to ask a question about my statement, I am always greeted warmly and pleasantly.


I will definitely stay with Progressive. The rates are good, and the customer service is great. I also would recommend Progressive to family and friends for their auto insurance needs.

I too hope you continue to have no reason to file a claim. I like to get my "money's worth" in most cases, but when it comes to having an accident, I'll pass. :) I've driven around the Chicago area enough to know that accidents are fairly common, so I hope your three years of no claims turns into many, many more!


Even though you haven't any "claims experience" to report, it's still good to hear that you've at least had good experience with regards to customer service. It's amazing how hard good customer service is to find these days!


I'm a big proponent of taking care of your insurance needs online (obviously!), but I also think it pays to build up a good relationship with your local car insurance agent of whichever company you decide to deal with.


This rapport, when built, can come in handy with any issues that may arise. It can also help in keeping your premiums as low as possible.
