Progressive Insurance Claims

I'd like to offer a review of Progressive Insurance Claims.


I have had Progressive Direct Insurance for over 2 years. I love the Progressive agents. They are so polite and understanding over the phone.


I did make one claim in the two years I've been with Progressive Ins., but it was for a windshield. In the state of Florida where I live insurance companies are required to pay for all of the windshield.


Progressive was fast and easy to deal with. They have never raised my insurance rates, in fact my Progressive Insurance premiums have lowered almost every time my policy has been renewed.


I would not change my insurance with Progressive. The rate is so good with them that no other insurance company could come close to what they charge.


Also the customer service is awesome and they give discount for signing your documents online. I would recommend Progressive Auto Ins. any day!
