Progressive Insurance Claim

I have been with Progressive for more than 4 years. I have filed a Progressive Insurance claim a few times in this time and have been more than satisfied with the service.

I was treated more than fairly by the Progressive agents, and everything was handled very impressively.

I plan to stay with the Progressive Ins. company unless they raise my rates higher than I am comfortable with. I have recommended this company to everyone I know.

It's good to know that you felt you were treated right.

Sometimes visitors want to know if progressive lives up to their claims for customer service and good prices. It's always nice to hear from real people about their experiences rather than just the marketing hype of the company in question.

I hope you continue to receive years of good service from Progressive, but it's nice to know that there are other good companies to compare them to if you find they start to drop the ball.

It's so easy these days to get free car insurance quotes and there is plenty of competition in America when it comes to the insurance industry. This should serve to put the consumer in a better position overall. It keeps businesses on their toes knowing that it won't take much for a customer to switch.

I'm all for customer loyalty, but that door swings both ways. The company can't expect loyalty from the customer if they aren't willing to give loyalty in return and put the customer's best interests first.
