My experience with Progressive Direct.

I have been with Progressive car insurance Canada for 2 years. I've never had to file a claim and the customer service experience has been good.


I did recently call Progressive Ins. to switch to the lowest coverage allowed by law and the Progressive customer service rep told me that was what I had.


I then got car insurance quotes from two other companies and for the rates they quoted, my payment would be less than half of what I currently pay!


I will be switching to another company, and I would not recommend Progressive Ins. to anyone.

Did you know that you don't have to wait until your current policy expires before you switch insurance carriers?


After you get your free car insurance quotes and decide which company you want to switch to, you just need to notify your current ensurer for a refund on premiums paid in advance.
