Wow, this Progressive Agent, Falinda Warner does a superb job for Progressive. If all of the other employees were like her it would be amazing too.


I met her in the city. Falinda expounded on the Progressive insurance and was very courteous and nice. Usually you would run into a worker that does not care about their job at all. Falinda was insightful on all the insurance issues and more.


I'm going to change my insurance and tell all my friends and relatives. U rock!
