I've used Liberty Mutual Insurance Company for several years now. I've filed just one claim in the past 2 years and the Liberty Mutual customer service made it so easy for me.


I just called them up, they had someone come to look at my car the next day, and without a problem they covered their part of the damages without giving me a hard time.


I switched to Liberty Mutual because I got a group discount through my college, and even the process of switching over was very easy.


Liberty Mutual Insurance Company sent me all the forms I needed to make the switch. All I had to do was sign them and mail them in.


I would definitely recommend Liberty Mutual to friends, and I plan on staying with them as long as they're around.

Thanks for sharing your experience with Liberty Mutual car insurance.


It's great when you can get in on a car insurance group policy through work, college, the military, etc. It usually brings your own car insurance premiums down a good bit, which is always a big plus.


The quick service you've described when you had to file a claim is really remarkable.


I know it should be standard procedure for the insurance company to come and look at your car right away and get things settled as quickly as possible, but you wouldn't believe how many times customers complain that they have to hound various insurance companies and wait and wait and wait to not only get their claim paid, but to even get the adjuster to come out or even to get a call back from the company to let them know what's going on!


Sounds like the Liberty Mutual Massachusetts branch is really on the ball and knows how to deal with their customers!
