My Geico Claim was denied!!!


A 17 year old girl ran into the back of my Scion xb. I was standing still at a light. She was on her cell phone. We both went to the hospital. Both cars were ruined.


I am a contractor with plenty of work but was forced to stay home with no serious injuries, but a lot of sore muscles.


I kept accurate records of my losses with canceled checks and receipts, a total of 14,340.00.


Geico turned my claim to the Glodstein Accounting firm for the purpose of discrediting my personal liability. Geico sent me 214.00 with no explanation at all. They refuse to talk to me anymore.


I am going to file suit in Rochester, NY against her mother.
