Encompass Insurance Claims

I have had to file two Encompass Insurance claims since I've been with their company. Thankfully, neither of the accidents were my fault.
One accident resulted in my car being repaired. Unfortunately, with the other accident, my car was a total loss.
In each incident, my insurance paid promptly and treated me fairly and with respect. The best part about it was that my rates were not affected.
I have had Encompass Insurance as my insurance provider for about eight years now, and I am very pleased with them.
I will most likely stay with the Encompass Insurance Company of America, unless for some reason they change my rates.

I'm glad to hear that they treated you well and took care of your accident claims in a timely manner. It doesn't sound like you were injured in either of the accidents, so that's an added bonus you can be truly thankful for!
Of course, your rates should not have been affected at all, since you were not at fault in either of the accidents. :-) Nevertheless, that is not always the way some insurance companies operate. Any excuse will do to raise more revenue.
Encompass seems to have earned your loyalty so far and I hope that you can enjoy many more years of accident free driving in the future.
