Ah! Wouldn't it be great if there were a drivers ed driving game that was so advanced that it was just like being behind the wheel for real?
I wish I could say it was so, but I can't. Nothing replaces actually being behind the wheel and handling a car in a real world situation.
Having said that, it's still kind of fun to play drivers ed games online and you can actually reinforce the road rules in your mind while maneuvering through the various driving tasks. That's always a good thing for beginners.
I used to really enjoy the driving games at our local arcade when I was growing up. I know; I'm showing my age, aren't I? :)
I didn't get to play them often because I didn't have a lot of pocket money, but when I did it was a real treat, a challenge, and a lot of fun.
Of course, these days there are a ton of driving games on the various modern gaming systems like xbox, nintendo, wii, etc. They aren't drivers ed driving games, but they're still a great source of entertainment.

While it's fun to play drivers ed games, the most important thing is to get the proper driver education training so that you can get your license and feel confident that you will pass your driving test.
Of course, if you take your drivers training classes seriously (no matter how boring and stupid they may seem to you at the time) you are also going to feel more confident when you start your on road driving.
