Don't Go To Geico

Geico denied my claim for personal injury against all odds. I had all the records, all the canceled checks, all the proof. My claim for lost wages was over $14,000.00 and Geico paid me, $216.00, no explanation, no anything.

Now I am going to file suit in Rochester NY against the owner of the car AND the 17 year old girl who was on her cell phone driving!

So sorry to hear about your unfair treatment by Geico. I hope that you will continue to fight against them. What about your insurance company, Allstate? (I read your account on the website you are making (dontgotogeico) and got the further details).


Allstate ought to be fighting Geico on your behalf. Did you have comprehensive coverage? They may even reimburse you for some of the money you are out of pocket.


I hope you haven't signed anything to settle with Geico or cashed the check they sent. You don't want to agree that you accept the final payment if you have options of further suit against Geico.


I hope you and your wife are both physically well now and back to good health. You didn't mention what injuries you sustained but it must have been severe if you were out of work for 3 months.
