I had to file a claim in 1998. I thought the American family auto insurance agent and their customer service were wonderful. American Family Insurance paid to have my car fixed and they also my paid rental car fees during the time I was without a vehicle. I was relieved to find that my American Family insurance rate didn't change at all. I am still with American Family and have recommended them to all my friends and family. Hi Tina, Thanks for your review of American Family Insurance Kansas. It's always nice to hear from a satisfied customer. We tend to make complaints against insurance companies when they do us wrong, but not always take a minute to give them credit when credit is due. I'm glad to know they've treated you right over the years and earned your respect. Since you've been a loyal customer, why not ask for a loyalty discount the next time your policy is up for renewal?
