Allstate Unfair Claims

Let me tell you about the Allstate unfair claims process...


The Allstate agent Miss Leilant Beach is very rude and hateful. I tried to talk out a settlement. She says to get a lawyer.


All I wanted was my money back that I have spent. I asked to talk with her manager but she refused.


I am a disabled man and was hurt in an accident. I wasn't driving, but the person who was driving was the one who had insurance with Allstate.


Now my back is hurt and I can't walk. I don't understand why they would want to have to do all this court stuff when all they would have to do is give me what I have spent on this!!????

Dear Don,

I'm so sorry to hear about your accident and the injuries you have suffered as a result. That's bad enough, but to have the aggravation of dealing with an uncooperative insurance agent just seems to add insult to injury.


Allstate usually has a pretty good reputation for paying out on their claims, so it is unfortunate that you are stuck with someone who doesn't want to get this sorted out quickly and easily.


You're right. It doesn't make sense for them to want to take it through the courts as that usually results in higher losses for them, I would guess.


But, if you just can't get a resolution with the company directly, I would most certainly contact a personal injury car accident lawyer to handle your case.


You can probably find one in your area that will give you a free consultation and take your case on a no win no fee basis.


I sure hope that you are able to get your losses covered one way or another and that you heal up as much as possible from your injuries.
